By accessing or using PineWiz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

PineWiz is an AI-powered tool that converts natural-language trading strategy descriptions into Pine Script code for use on TradingView. The service includes strategy creation, code generation, conversational refinement, and code management features.

• You must create an account to use PineWiz.
• Access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked at any time.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Usage is subject to limits (strategies, API calls) which may change as the service evolves.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate malicious, harmful, or illegal trading scripts
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute generated code as a commercial product
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls

PineWiz does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. The code generated by our service is a tool, not a recommendation. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make using strategies created with PineWiz. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results. Always backtest thoroughly and trade at your own risk.

You retain ownership of the strategy descriptions you submit and the Pine Script code generated from them. However, you acknowledge that similar code may be generated for other users with similar strategy descriptions.

PineWiz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated code will be free of bugs. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time,

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PineWiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses from trading activities using generated code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

All purchases on PineWiz are final. Due to the nature of digital services and instant access to AI-generated code, we are unable to offer refunds once a payment has been processed.

You are welcome to explore the Starter plan before upgrading to make sure PineWiz is the right fit for you. You may also cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges — your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
